GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

DELIVERY LOCATION AND TIME

We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. We generally dispatch all our orders within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and national holidays).

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow us 5-7 days from receipt of your order for delivery.

DISCLAIMER:

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery with an unboxing video via email on return@domnom.in or call on : or WhatsApp . An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns only in case of damaged or wrong product delivered and we will provide a full refund. Returns can be made up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

In case of a wrong product ordered, please email us at return@domnom.in or WhatsApp us at 6378028756. You can only request cancellation before we dispatch/ship your order. Your amount deducted will be refunded to your source platform within 15 days of your cancellation.
